The Board of Directors (Rugocve) is the top management of the Bengenese Language Council and has overall responsibility for the board's operations. The board must be composed so that the entire board represents linguistic, economic and managerial insight. The chairman must have a linguistic background.

 

3 members of the board are appointed by the Minister of Culture, and 4 members are appointed by the employees of the RABS' research and information institute.

The members of the Board are appointed by the Minister of Culture for 4 years at a time. Restocking can take place once.
